In this third installment of a four-part webinar series, presenters will discuss the experiences and findings from three of the 10 teams that comprise the AACTE Black and Hispanic/Latino Male Teachers Initiative Networked Improvement Community (NIC): Boston University, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and William Paterson University. Representatives from these NIC teams will share how their participation in the NIC process has directed – and changed – recruitment and retention practice at their institutions. Their stories will also be featured as case studies in a conceptual framework paper being developed by the NIC for release in 2017.
